Returning goods in our store :

You can return the product to the store (or exchange it for another similar product) within 14 days from the day of purchase. This rule applies to goods of proper quality, i.e. unused and undamaged.

In order to return or exchange a product, you must follow the terms of its return:

• Check if the product is not available in List> those that are not subject to exchange and return. (for example, magazines, books and cut-off fabrics are not subject to return!)
• The product was stored in its original packaging and was not used;
• The product and packaging are not damaged;
• The return of goods of proper quality is at the expense of the buyer!< /li>
• If you receive defective goods, contact us and we will solve the issue of replacement or return.

Additionally clarify the details of replacement or return with our consultants in writing by e-mail or Viber. The return is made at the buyer's expense by the same carrier as the receipt or at the seller's suggestion.
