We want you to be happy with every purchase! That’s why you have 14 days from the delivery date to return or exchange an item, if it doesn’t suit you.

Please make sure:

• the item is unused and in sellable condition;

• the original packaging, tags, and instructions are intact;

• the item is undamaged, and you can provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

❗ Please note:

• Returns are not accepted for items listed in the government-regulated non-returnable list. For example, we cannot accept cut fabric, magazines, or books.

• The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer.

• If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us — we’ll promptly resolve the issue through an exchange or refund.
