• Shipping is paid upon delivery according to carrier’s rates.

• Free shipping for orders over 2000 UAH (final amount including discounts & promotions).

• Free delivery does not apply to wholesale orders.

• Delivery time: 1–2 business days.

• Parcels are held at the branch for 7 days, after which they are automatically returned to sender.

• All parcels are insured at full value. If you prefer a different insurance amount, please specify it in the order comments. Lower insurance means the customer assumes the risk.

💰 Cash-on-delivery available for orders over 250 UAH including shipping.

✉ Ukrposhta

• Paid upon delivery at standard Ukrposhta rates.

• Free shipping for orders over 1500 UAH.

• By default, parcels are shipped using Standard service.
  If you prefer Ukrposhta EXPRESS, please note that in your order comments.

• Delivery time: 2–6 business days.

• Storage at the branch: 5 working days, then storage fee applies. After 14 working days, parcel is returned to sender.

🌍 International Shipping

• International orders are shipped via Ukrposhta (EMS available on request).

• All international parcels are sent via AIR, and require prepayment.

• Shipping cost depends on parcel weight and is calculated individually.

• Delivery times vary by country: from 7 to 30 days.
